Required Documents

  • Commercial License
  • Commercial Registration
  • Police Clearance of the Owner
  • ID of the Owner
  • Power of Attorney written by us
  • Acceptance of Power of Attorney
  • Job Order
  • All documents must be translated into English.
  • All documents must be authenticated by the Embassy in the respective country.

Process to Start Partnership

  1. 1

    After the required documents listed above are reviewed and authenticated by the Ethiopian embassy found in the respective foreign agent's country, the agent must register on the Ethiopian Overseas Workers Platform using https://eows.lmis.gov.et by providing necessary information.

  2. 2

    Then upload the authenticated documents, and complete their profile to be approved for processing job orders and forming partnerships with Ethiopian agencies.

  3. 3

    After that, the Ethiopian Embassy will review them and issue approval for job-order and partnership management.

  4. 4

    Once approved, the agent can start collaborating with us via the E-LMIS system.

Partnership can continue through E-LMIS by:

  • Accepting our incoming partnership requests
  • Sending a partnership request to us through the platform
